Your room stays on your device

Your draft, measurements, piece labels, preferences, free result, and any unlocked full snapshot live in localStorage in this browser. Room Rescue has no account or cloud save. Export and import happen only when you choose them. No photograph is requested, uploaded, or stored.

Optional product analytics

Google Analytics remains completely unloaded until you choose Allow product analytics. Declining has no effect on Room Rescue. If allowed, fixed product events help us understand the opted-in product funnel, reliability, usefulness, and checkout intent. Room answers, labels, measurements, plan text, rescue files, access paths, and checkout URLs are never included.

After consent, Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous client identifier, Room Rescue-hosted cookies, session and engagement data, browser and device information, and network information used to derive approximate location. The only allowed automatic events are first_visit, session_start, and user_engagement. Advertising storage, user data, and personalization remain denied.

GA4 event data is retained for 14 months, and GA4 user data is retained for 14 months. The retention period resets when new user activity occurs. Revoking consent stops future Room Rescue analytics collection and removes Room Rescue analytics cookies and local consent state, but it cannot recall information already sent to Google.

Checkout

If you choose to visit Stripe checkout, Stripe receives the payment and contact information you enter, even if you abandon the purchase. Room answers and the rescue file are never sent to Stripe.
